PROGRAM TERMS AND TRUTH FREEDOM HEALTH® SCHOLAR / SERVE & LEARN AGREEMENT
(Conditional Tuition Program)
This Program Terms and Truth Freedom Health® Scholar / Serve & Learn Agreement (the “Agreement”) is entered into by and between Systems Health, LLC, a Massachusetts limited liability company (“Organization”), and the individual accepting this Agreement (“Participant”).
By selecting “I Agree,” Participant acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by this Agreement.
1. Scope and Applicability
This Agreement applies to all Participants, whether enrolled at standard tuition or under any Supported Tuition pathway. Certain provisions apply only if the Participant has been granted a Supported Tuition pathway, including the Truth Freedom Health® (“Truth Freedom Health®”) Warrior-Scholar Pathway and/or the Serve & Learn Pathway.
2. Standard Tuition
Unless otherwise expressly granted in writing by Organization, Participant is responsible for payment of the full standard tuition applicable to the selected program.
3. Truth Freedom Health® Warrior-Scholar Pathway (If Granted)
4. Serve & Learn Pathway (If Granted)
4.1 Prerequisite
Participation in the Serve & Learn Pathway requires:
(a) Completion of the Truth Freedom Health® program within ninety (90) days; and
(b) Approval by Organization.
4.2 Contribution Requirement
Participant agrees to contribute a minimum of ten (10) hours per week during participation in the Serve & Learn Pathway.
4.3 Conditional Tuition
If granted, Participant may receive up to a seventy-five percent (75%) Supported Tuition rate, contingent upon ongoing compliance with contribution requirements.
4.4 Failure to Meet Requirements
If Participant fails to meet Serve & Learn obligations:
(a) Serve & Learn status shall be revoked;
(b) Participant shall revert to Truth Freedom Health® Warrior-Scholar tuition status, if applicable; and
(c) If Participant is also non-compliant with Truth Freedom Health® requirements, Section 3.5 shall apply.
5. Payment Terms
5.1 Payment Authorization
Participant agrees to maintain a valid payment method on file and authorizes Organization to charge any amounts due under this Agreement or to establish an approved payment plan.
5.2 Payment Plans and Ongoing Obligation
If Participant elects or is granted a payment plan:
(a) Participant remains responsible for the entire tuition amount;
(b) Payment obligations are not contingent upon participation or completion;
(c) Participant may not unilaterally stop or suspend payments; and
(d) Failure to make required payments may result in suspension of access, acceleration of the remaining balance, and collection actions as permitted by law.
6. Refund Policy
(a) Any enrollment fee associated with a Supported Tuition pathway, including the Truth Freedom Health® Warrior-Scholar Pathway, is non-refundable;
(b) Upon Participant being granted access to program materials, sessions, or content, tuition shall be deemed earned;
(c) Except where required by applicable law, tuition payments are non-refundable and non-cancelable once access has been granted;
(d) Participant’s decision to discontinue participation does not relieve Participant of any financial obligations; and
(e) Payment plans remain enforceable regardless of participation status.
7. General Terms
7.1 Conditional Access
Access to Systems Health® programs is contingent upon participation, completion of required components, and good-faith engagement.
7.2 Financial Responsibility
Participant acknowledges that any Supported Tuition arrangement is conditional and may be revoked upon non-compliance, resulting in financial responsibility up to the full standard tuition.
7.3 Non-Transferability
Program access is personal and non-transferable. Sharing credentials or materials is prohibited.
7.4 Intellectual Property
All Systems Health® materials are proprietary and confidential. Participant shall not reproduce, distribute, or disclose such materials without prior written consent
7.5 No Guarantee
7.6 Termination by Participant
Participant may withdraw at any time. Any enrollment fees remain non-refundable, and access to program materials shall terminate upon withdrawal.
7.7 Acknowledgment
Participant acknowledges that:
(a) Any Supported Tuition is conditional;
(b) Truth Freedom Health® completion within ninety (90) days is required where applicable;
(c) Serve & Learn requires ongoing contribution where applicable; and
(d) Payment obligations remain in effect regardless of participation status.
8. Governing Law
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, without regard to conflict of laws principles.
9. Acceptance (Clickwrap)
By selecting “I Agree,” Participant affirms that they have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by this Agreement.
