Through the Systems Health approach, many of the concepts that would have been treated in the past with skepticism and disbelief have now been proven to be true through scientific research. The fundamental concept that macro- and micro-cosms are part of an enormous energy field, and that we are all interconnected, affirms that our thoughts, ideas, emotions, actions can have effects far beyond what we can see and experience.
If our energy follows thought, then we have in ourselves a complete system of understanding the cosmos, then understanding the connection between mind-body-spirit can bring greater unity and harmony to our lives.
I’m grateful for the easily accessible and user-friendly method that Dr VA Shiva has synthesized to bring increasingly broad awareness to ourselves and to our world. I hope to incorporate the Systems Health techniques in my own learning and in my broader vision of providing individuals access to greater refinement and alignment of health and well-being.
